3.3 Automation and Remediation Disclaimer
CRITICAL: Enforcer Dashboard may include automated remediation, drift correction, and infrastructure modification capabilities. Enforcer Labs expressly disclaims all liability for any damage, data loss, service disruption, security incident, or infrastructure failure resulting from automated actions executed by the Software.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) automated remediation actions may modify Customer's infrastructure configuration;
(b) such modifications carry inherent risks, including service interruption, data loss, and security exposure;
(c) Customer is solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and validating all remediation actions before execution;
(d) Customer should implement the Software's human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms for critical remediation actions;
(e) Enforcer Labs is not responsible for the consequences of automated actions executed within Customer's Environment.
3.4 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Where Enforcer Dashboard utilizes artificial intelligence or machine learning capabilities (including but not limited to compliance analysis, report generation, natural language processing, and recommendation systems):
(a) AI-generated outputs are provided as informational suggestions only and should not be relied upon as authoritative or definitive;
(b) AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete analysis;
(c) Customer is responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before acting upon it;
(d) Enforcer Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs;
(e) AI capabilities are not a substitute for qualified human judgment, legal analysis, or professional compliance expertise.
3.5 Infrastructure Integration Disclaimer
Enforcer Dashboard may integrate with third-party cloud providers, APIs, and infrastructure services including but not limited to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and identity management systems. Enforcer Labs disclaims all liability for:
(a) errors, failures, or outages in third-party services;
(b) changes to third-party APIs, services, or pricing that affect Software functionality;

(d) misconfigurations in Customer's cloud or infrastructure environment;
